What do you like about our services?

It was our first time using your services and they were great! Greeting us, valeting our car, the shuttle waiting and the driver lifting our bags onto the shuttle and finally our car ready in a parking spot when we returned! Amazing service!

What do you like about our services?

I was able to book online which was terrific. I was confused at the gate if I need to print A ticket to enter or scan the QR code on my confirmation email. Better messaging would be great. I did end up scanning my QR code it only after I had printed a gate ticket. 🤪

What do you like about our services?

I like how quick and polite the are.
This last visit was different when I got to SFO we waited 15 minutes and did not see a bus, I had to call and then took another 15 minutes in rain.
I know unexpected issues can come up.

What do you like about our services?

Ease of making reservations. Very little wait time for shuttle. Availability of parking space.

What I didn't like on my return shuttle was. Driver who was non stop talking politics, and options about everything to someone possibly a co worker. It was annoying and should be paying attention to driving and I found it very rude!

What do you like about our services?

Everyone was very friendly and very helpful. It’s a great way to get to the plane and from the plane when the mood is cheerful. Flying is stressful enough.
