Our car was stuck in your parking lot at 2 AM and your drivers helped us very much to get the car unstuck on the ice. It provided sand and help push us out. It was very grateful. The service was wonderful.

Very easy drop off and pick up for valet services. My pick up driver Rinh was wonderful. I had arrived at BDL around 11:00 pm after flight cancellations and a wait of 10 hours in St Paul/Minneapolis. Rinh picked me up at the airport and immediately lifted my spirits with his big smile and friendly attitude. It’s very apparent he likes meeting people and enjoys his jobs. He’s a real asset to your company.

Bring back your international terminal service please.

The whole experience was terrific. It was easy to book and once we got there, it was simple to drop off the car and catch the shuttle. And the process for retrieving our car when we landed was fantastic. The responses to our texts were instantaneous and our car was waiting for us when the shuttle came back to the lot. Everyone was very helpful.
