Very quick and easy. Paid online and only had to scan the QR Code from the app. Bus was at my car immediately and return bus was waiting for pickup. Super fast!

Your lot at Midway is clean, safe, the automation seems to be working now. This time I was able to schedule my trip online without help (first time in a long time). The vans are clean. The drivers were very helpful and courteous.

When we got home, we realized that I had dropped my keys sometime after opening up the car. The car started because it has the wireless key fob and my wife was carrying the extra fob in her bag. Foe some reason, I remembered the location of the car and the Manager found the keys there and is holding them for us to pick up one day next week (we live about 90 minutes away in Michigan).

We really appreciate the service provided.

I liked being dropped off at the departure doors in the past. Now it is a longer walk and sometimes navigating the tram. Can that be streamlined for "older" travelers?

We were happy with the fact that the shuttle was there waiting to pick us up in the lot because it was raining when we arrived. The shuttle was also at the curb lane at OAK when we arrived and left the minute we were on board. That really sped our trip home.

The drivers were so courteous, friendly, helpful, and speedy. It was so appreciated! This is the first time I have used this service and I will absolutely use it again for the convenience and value.

It was easy parking and shuttle to airport and great service on pick up and return.

Fast and courteous

so prompt and efficient, the shuttle gets you right at your car and brings you directly to it! No need to try to remember where you parked, they do it for you!

The location is organized and safe, we used the parking with cover to protect our car from thw elements. Staff were very helpful,
it was our first timw using the service. no long wait or confusion with the shuttle service. The driver was pleasant and helpful. Shuttle was clean too.
