Absolutely amazing. We used valet this time. Fastest we've ever left the lot. Driver helped with luggage. On the way back, the van was there within a few minutes, driver loaded our luggage on the van and our car pulled up right as we arrived. The entire experience couldn't have been better.

Covered parking option, and usual prompt pick up at parking spot and airport. (Except the time I paid for my daughter to park there, shuttle driver passed her and after calling the main number multiple times with no answer, she got picked up almost an hour later, and missed her flieght)

Easy access to parking facility. Very courteous staff and drivers. Vehicles are clean and shuttles run in very timely manner, did not experience any long wait times.
