Very easy to find. Not the nicest area, but seemed very secure. Drivers were pleasant. didn't have to wait too long for the shuttle to pick us up from the parking spot or the airport.

I received a remote alarm on my car parked at Park NFly Midway when I was on vacation. I did not know if car had been broken into, or if something bad had happened. I called the people at PNF, and they walked the lot to my spot and confirmed the security of my vehicle. Such peace of mind!!

Everything! First time using Park n' Fly. We arrived early at 3:15 am and returned at 1:00 am after 15 days of travel. So amazed at the super exceptional customer service. The gentleman that helped us to get in the lot and the young lady who drove the shuttle were there on our return also. Cheerful, smiling and so helpful. Delivered us directly to our vehicle. Virtually no wait for airport pickup when we called. The lot is brightly lit and well paved. I wish I had the names of these 2 employees to give them kudos directly. Can't believe what a pleasant experience this was! On our way out the gentleman in the booth asked if we'd like a water to take. How did he know I was so thirsty? Such a nice gesture and absolutely hit the spot. I downed the water and half of my husband's too! Never thought I'd give such a rave for a parking lot, however the service was just so incredible. This is our new favorite place to park at Oakland airport. Thanks for being so kind and helpful to these very tired travelers.

From the phone people, to the reception people at the counter, to the driver we had on the return---that guy was "on it"---really likes his job, went beyond the call of duty for a person who needed to get to her car in the lot, handled all the luggage, answered questions---
everyone deserves a raise, believe me. Really good people. This is is Hartford at Bradley airport.

Great location, close to the airport without being expensive. Frequent shuttles, I'v never had to wait for a long time.

I also want to give a shout-out for Alicia, the cashier at the exit. I made a mistake when I made my last reservation. She was very friendly and help me fixed the problem and had us quickly on our way. Thanks again Alicia.

Everything was as expected. As soon as we arrived we were picked up at our car and transported to the airport. Upon arrival after our trip a pick up was at the terminal in about 10 minutes. We were then transported back to our vehicle and our baggage was unloaded and we were on our way.

Efficient nice people

Convenient, consistent, good value. Perhaps a few more pickups at the airport in the rotation. Since they pick up next to ParkDIA, I've noticed Canopy, Wally Park, Parking Spot, seem to run about 2:1 over ParkDIA in pick ups back to parking lot.

The app is easy to use and the shuttles take you directly to the airport. There weren't very many open spaces, however.

They picked us up at our car and dropped us off at our terminal. After our trip they took us back to our car. Great service, I would definitely use them again and highly recommend Park and Fly.
