Friendly drivers, quick drop off/pick up
cheaper than on airport site plus drops you off right at your gate. They come pick you up when you return and take you right to your car. Only thing I'd change, which is the airports problem, is you have to walk to the very ends of the terminal to catch the vans. They need one in the middle.

I'd like to give a huge shout out to the staff at the Midway location. We have used Park 'N Fly since 2010 with nothing less than courteous service .
Our last trip took place from March 29-April 4. During that time severe storms moved through Chicago. Unbeknownst to me, I somehow left the rear driver's side door window open about 3 inches. Upon our return I found plastic taped over my window.
I had no idea the window had been left open and whomever covered it saved my interior from damage. A huge thank you to the staff and why we always return and recommend your facility!!

Convenient location to airport. Unfortunately I need to complain about the lack of buses for our pickup on return trip. You need to schedule more than 2 buses at midnight, as way to many people at that time. We came in on April 3rd

van arrives pretty quickly, easy process, friendly staff
Your services are great. One problem situation is where your shuttle picks up passengers at Hartsfield Jackson. Personal cars pull in the shuttle area - some drop off, some pick up, some just sit there and wait. The police don't appear to do a lot about making them move so the shuttles (not just yours) can't get to the pick up area so they can get their job done.
