First of all, don't sell a reservation and then say the lot is full. Watch the Seinfeld show of what a reservation is.
The security of using the services. Convenient pick up and drop off at at the parking space and prompt pick up at the airport. Handling of luggage. Drivers are extremely friendly.
Drivers pick you up at your car, write down where your car is parked on a ticket stub they give you. Pick up is prompt and again drop you off right at your car.
Fast pickup and good parking areas
Cost is less than on-site airport and shuttle is prompt and convenient.
Maybe charge extra for people who do not park correctly and end up making the next parking spot unuseable

Shuttle from lot to airport always following me to a spot, ready to go! Pickup from airport to lot can sometimes be a little hectic with who was there first and how full the shuttle gets. Overall love parking here!
