I appreciate how easy, fast and convenient you guys make my life when I fly. There is no waiting time whatsoever. Everytime I leave my car there, there is always a shuttle waiting and about ready to depart.
We found the office staff to be very friendly and efficient. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that they would charge our EV when we were gone. We would have given a 10 score except that our van driver was a little gruff so we decided not to give him a tip. We would definitely use the service again.
I love using park n fly because its quick and easy, however the last two times we have used park n fly plus, we've been frustrated. Both flights got in late, around midnight and we had the same driver both times. He took forever doing anything, which is annoying when its late and you're ready to be home. The guy is so nice and i feel bad calling someone out, but please remind your drivers that we are always in a hurry to get to and from the airport. Fast service is why we use park n fly.
Although it was late on Saturday 9:00PM, your pickup service was timely. This has been a big complaint for us in the past. We will be back hope the service is just as good during a busy time.

Your facility is very easy to access off Snow Road and the bus takes you right to the airport and picks you back up. Very convenient.

Wish they had a shuttle to the International Terminal (ATL)
I like it when it works like this trip. No big shuttle delays, no moving seats. Parked easily, and shuttles were on time. That works for me.

The service is fast when parking your vehicle. Also, once landed we only had to wait about 5 minutes for the transportation to pick us up.

Arriving alone pre-dawn, it was great to be greeted at the curb by a personable staff clarifying the scanning and gate process. Specific directions for navigating the dark lot helped me locate a parking spot in the busy lot. Shuttle driver came directly to the car trunk and assisted loading the luggage. Appreciated the reminder to lock the car. Specific directions on finding the airline desks on arrival were especially helpful with all the construction and changes going on at Hopkins.
