It was easy to get there. The drivers were really funny and thoughtful. The drivers really work hard with the luggage trying to fit all the people and there belongings on the charter bus.

Your employees the gate tenants, bus driver and exiting tenants. When we were on our bus another bus broke down. Our bus driver ( Donald) I believe. He showed extreme compassion on the the phone to another employee. He also made sure the passengers were safe to. You can't train that into a person. We have for used this service for years. This was just our last experience. Thank you

Location, convenience and ease of use. Text alerts and friendliness of drivers. Very happy with our driver, Patrick F, on our return shuttle from Bradley. He was very engaging with the passengers and we felt very safe in his hands.

Price was great!
Staff there early morning to guide us where to go once we arrived.
Arrived at our car and supported transition of luggage into the bus.
Staff friendly and reminded us with a card about our return flight.

Return was just as easy and enjoyable as arrival.

Car was in same condition as we left it.
