I am partially handicapped and at times need accommodation with some things like baggage handling. Your service was very good in this area A driver was was right there when I entered the lot and handled my luggage paying close attention to not creating contact with the car both loading and unloading.

The driver that picked me up on our return to Dallas went out of his way to allow me to be dropped off at Terminal E where lost and found is located. I was able to recover my car Keyes there and I returned to the pickup area and waited for his return to that area on his next round. He returned to the area and picked me up. My wife stayed on the coach as he made his rounds and when I boarded again we were delivered to our car at the lot. The attendant at the window then assisted us getting our ticked validated.

I am pleased with the service and it was excellent.

All of the representatives were positive and personable. The rides to and from the airport were promt, so very little time was wasted.

I’m a frequent user of Park and Fly, first time we were the first people to be dropped off on our return. He called out parking spot # slowed to almost a stop, I stood up, then he kept rolling and he stopped again. Causing me to fall, lunge and catch myself and the other passengers as well saved me from a major accident. Your drivers usually know what they are doing. But this rolling stop then stopping again was almost a big mistake.
