Great services. I loved how you get picked up at your car as well as dropped off at your car. They put your luggage in the shuttle and sometimes in your trunk as well. Workers are very nice and welcoming.

1) The staff were informative, friendly, and extremely helpful.
2) I felt safe, though I was parking late at night; the lot was well-lit, and the drivers and staff were aware of my location
3) The shuttles ran frequently--I never had to wait.

I have been using Park N Fly for the past few years. Everything is so organized, bus pick within minutes and very courteous staff. I would highly recommend your service. Oh, and a free car wash when you depart!
