convenient location off I-55. Drivers are courteous and efficient. For return trip, pickup location is much less hectic and easier to locate shuttles. on our recent return trip, we texted arrival, walked to pickup area, where a shuttle was already loading. Due to those already in line, we were not able to load. The driver told me we were either just going to make it or just going to miss it. Sure enough, we did not make it due to capacity. The driver told me multiple times, he would call for the next shuttle. After loading bags and passengers, he confirmed no more room was available, he told me he would call for next shuttle, and made the call before he left. Very courteous of him. He was also courteous and respectful of all his passengers and their bags. The next shuttle arrived a few minutes later, this driver apologized for lack of space on the last shuttle, loaded us, and departed. we had the shuttle to ourselves! this driver was very friendly, and we enjoyed the ride. when we got to our car he even loaded our heavy bag in our vehicle. Great service.

I like that I can be picked up quickly and also like that when I return to the airport I can request a shuttle and track it to know how long it will be before I am picked up.

This is first time I used Park & Fly+, so I’ll reserve any comments until I have more usage. I use to use Peacey Airport Parking. They have a true indoor facility.

The fact that you don’t go to the International terminal is a mark againt you.

Fair pricing (meant as a positive) excellent flow of movement from arrival to transport to terminal, as well as minimal wait for pickup upon return. Also love covered parking to protect my vehicle. Our driver was very courteous and customer focused.

The return to the facility was just as easy with a text letting them know you are ready to be picked up and returned to your vehicle.
If using valet, car is ready upon return.
Self park, they drop you off right at your vehicle.

This was my first time using Park N Fly. I was absolutely impressed. I will use it every time. The shuttle picked me up right at my car and when I returned, the shuttle was there within a minute. The easiest part of travel for this trip. Thank you and I will see you again soon!

Shuttle picks you up right by your car and takes you right back to your car. Drivers are helpful with bags, and are courteous.

I always use valet. I really like that shuttles are always available and that the staff take care of my luggage, and have my car ready and running when I return
