i had a flight cancellation on 4/13/2023 and had to return back to your parking lot to get my car

the shuttle driver and ladies on duty that night in the office went above and beyond to help me figure out what to do to get my car and return the next afternoon

They are very personalized with a van picking us up right by our car and a friendly driver who helped with luggage too. The location seemed safe and secure. It didn’t take long to be picked up at the airport or dropped off. We liked being able to just text when we had our luggage and were ready for pick up

Very easy to check. The indoor garage sparkles. After 2 weeks, my car was right up front where the shuttle stopped. It couldn't have been any easier in or out. Shuttle staff were great!

Drivers were great. Only problem was that the OCR system read the QR code to enter and exit the facility

All employees very helpful and courteous. Everyone helped with luggage from unloading personal vehicle to loading and unloading the blue shuttle bus. Excellent customer care. I text my vehicle ticket number when ready to be picked up at airport, and my vehicle was waiting for me at the storage lot already backed up and ready to load my luggage. I highly recommend Park 'N Fly Miami!!
