The staff is always extremely polite and helpful, no matter what time of day or night. The process for reservations, check in, check out, the reminders texts … all of it has always been easy to do, clearly explained, and complication-free. Also, the property and transport vehicles are always well-maintained and clean. It’s also very nice to be able to earn rewards for stats, even if we aren’t weekly/monthly travelers. Thank you!

Love that the shuttles were on time both to and from the airport. The drivers are excellent. They are very professional and engaging. I think he is from Haiti. Shuttles are clean and when you get to the pick up your car is there and ready to go. Don't like the increased rates though. For 5 days I paid over 100.00 to park outside. It is convenient but that is a lot. I appreciate it though.

Everything/Everyone was great! I was able to park in covered parking. I had Ernest drive me to DFW-he was friendly and professional. I had Jason drive me to park n fly after my trip. He was so nice and even loaded my heavy bag into my trunk! Coco was awesome when I checked out at the window. All three of these employees are outstanding!
