As soon as we parked our car the van was waiting to transport us to the airport. Then after our trip we went out to the pickup area there was a van that was already full of people and I thought we were going to have to wait for it to return. Very pleasantly surprised to see another van pull up before the first one pulled away. Quick ride back to our car with a very friendly driver and the attendant was also very nice and provided us water for our hour drive home.

Our driver was helpful and polite. Helped with bags even without asking. Just returned from a trip to Spain and the driver was pulling up to Terminal E when we were walking out. Lucky because the "Come and Get Me" function on the app was not working properly. Otherwise, everything was fine.
Easy in and easy out with the QR code in the email. However, the app needs work. I wasn’t able to register because it wouldn’t let me pick a home airport.
Friendly staff & ease of facility
After a long day of travel, with 11 people in r party...including 3 grandbabies under age of 5...so appreciated the kindness shown by attendant when trying 2 exit lot!!! She was able 2 pull my acct up by using ph no...as I was unable 2 find QR code 2 exit. I would highly encourage anyone 2 use this service!!! Thank u😁

I like the valet service. Employees are great! You need more shuttles. Takes too long to pick up at airport compared to other parking facilities
