Everything works so smoothly. When you come to the gate there is always someone who comes out to check you in right away. The van seems to be right there once you park, and there is never a wait to get going to the airport!

I like that I can leave my car in a secure area - Park n Fly - and feel good knowing that the car will be taken care of while I'm away. I also like that the shuttle bus comes to pick me and my luggage up no matter what time of day or night! This goes for dropping my car off to go to the airport and coming home after my trip. The drivers are always helpful and friendly.
The price is fair. I appreciate that!

Sat April 29 about 2:30 PM your driver Donald assisted us loading & we’re heading for our departure gate when I discovered my phone was missing!!!! The location app showed it at a food shop 10 miles away!!😵‍💫.. panic set in immediately but he stepped up and assured us he can take us back to the lot & help us exit; pick up the phone & still make our flight…. His generous offer & extra calming ways helped us thru out stupid mistake!! Suddenly the locator app updated itself (25 minuets to update) and showed the phone in our car in your lot waiting for us… Donald quicklycruised to our spot & I jumped out got the phone while Donald stood by… les than 30 seconds Donald had us back on track and made or flight promptly…. Donald is a perfect example of your cautious and efficient staff. We used you from your first days of operation and cannot imagine anyone can match your overall efficiency and caring service.
