Quick and efficient. My husband left his phones in our vehicle and our driver kindly made a round trip for us to get the phones. Even late at night in the pouring rain there was no delay once we figured out where to get the shuttle. Thank you!

What do you like about our services?

The new mobile app makes it easy to check-in (and get in) to the Oakland Park-n-Fly lot and get out. The spaces in Row 12+ are roomy for a bigger/wider car like mine and lot is clean and well maintained. Pick up at the car was within 30 secs of arriving and return pick-up at OAK airport was within 2-3 minutes - clean, comfortable vans and helpful drivers. My only slight disappointment is there is still a processing fee for using the app - which I don't know why there would be anymore. I'm a regular customer who will keep coming back!

besides that it was available, the employees were friendly, helpful and polite. The driver who picked us up on Saturday knew where to locate our car even though the Friday person who checked did not write our location very clearly. I especially liked that your company texted me before our parking date and texted on our arrival date to let us know how to be picked up.
