Close proximity to the airport. The lady that works at the pickup in the airport started in January. She is very pleasant and dedicated. She was there and I recognized her and thanked for for working when we saw her recently May 5/6. I reminded her we had made acquaintance in Jan. and I was glad to see she was working in May. She is a great example of a good associate. Please share this with her she sets a great example.

I love that is secure with bacode entrance in &out and that the shuttle bus is there waiting for us.

First time I've flown in over 20 years and it was by myself. Needless to say after a few hiccups along the way, when I got back to the parking lot I was confused on a couple things. Rachel was very profession, polite, and SINCERE with helping me understand what had happened. I misunderstood but she really made me feel better by the time I was leaving after a long trip away with my stress high and my mood low. Thank you again Rachel! Great customer service and it was nice to feel your concern for me.

Helpful drivers, prompt pick ups

A knowledgeable employee met us as we entered the gate at 4:30 a.m. and pointed us to where we should park with our emergency blinkers on so the van would see us. That made us feel comfortable that we were being taken care of from the beginning. A clean van picked us up promptly and it took very little time to get to the airport. We felt secure the entire time that we would make our flight. On return, we loved having the text message telling us to text "Come get me!" if no van was at the pickup point. However, a van arrived just before we did and waited for us, so we spent no time waiting for a van at all. All drivers were polite and helped us with our luggage.
