Fast and very convenient
Drivers are always friendly
Easy to use. Scheduling ahead is the bomb, but confirmation took too long. I had to pull a ticket. It worked out though, attendant said no problem.
Close to airport, inexpensive, never have to wait long for the bus.
I enjoy the cost and convince of parking at your location. My most recent visit was not great as I arrived. First I couldn't scan my code and didn't have any instructions on what to do. I punched for a ticket and proceeded to park. The bus quit following me before I found a place to park. Upon parking and without a bus in sight, I took the elevator down to try and find someone to talk to about not getting scanned in. The person that I found was not very pleasant in her communication but was able to tell me that how to scan out when I leave. She then told me I had to go back to my car on the 3rd floor and wait for pick up as that was my only option. Not as helpful or understanding as I would have expected. Returning form my trip was great.

We don't travel as much as we used to. But something has changed. You guys have it all together - everything was coordinated from receiving a text telling me how/when to get to pick up my car, to the car being ready, to the entire staff (from driver to parking site people) very enthusiastic and "on point". Wow!!!!

Easy to use app, very fast pick up time. My wife actually left a bag at the airport terminal. They quickly rushed her back to the terminal and luckily found her bag. Thank you

Professional drivers and fast service
Everything has always been perfect when I use your services and this time was no different. The online ordering is easy to use and informative. The drivers are very friendly and helpful with luggage. Our driver Keith upon our return was very nice and funny too. The texts about how to get picked up are a nice reminder and I appreciated my car being ready when I return.

Location is very convenient and was easy to find. The attendant was friendly and understood it was my first time using park n fly. Driver was courteous and right on time coming and returning. No long wait for pick up or delivery. This will be my airport stop from now on.
