Service was excellent!! When we arrive at the facility, there were no self park spaces available. My car was parked by the valet, with no delay in getting us to the airport. When we returned from our trip, shuttle arrived right away. Our car was ready when we arrived at the facility. Everything was as expected!!!

A convenient way to park at the Cleveland Airport. The shuttle drivers are fantastic. Helpful and courteous. Using the app to prepay and create a QR code for entry and exit is so convenient.

99% you are very efficient. This last trip it took 15 minutes for a shuttle to find us and the manager blamed us because he said they were looking all over for us and there was only two levels open. on way home everything went perfect as normal

This service worked great for us. We had an early flight, we parked and was helped with our bags and taken to the terminal. We were delayed two days getting back due to United cancelling on us. Check out clerk was very kind with the bill and gave us water.

The shuttle was ready as soon as we got there (short ride to OAK) and was waiting for us as soon as we arrived back without having to call for a pick-up. Friendly staff, we will definitely park here from now on.
