Used the reservation/prepay website for the first time. Things went smoothly but, for those of us not yet accustomed to using a smartphone for checking in at a self service kiosk, a video of it’s use would be appreciated.

I thought it was very cost effective and the service was great. I got there and was able to get my car taken care of quickly and get on to a shuttle easy. Pickup was also smooth and I was able to get on the road back home in a timely manner which I appreciated!

The guys driving the shuttles were great. They worked hard to make everyone feel welcome, helped with all of the bags that my family and I were traveling with, and were very professional. We were traveling with a toddler so it was nice to not be thrown around the shuttle due to bad driving like we have with other parking services.

The most notable, how easy it is to make the reservation, the organization they have, and the speed with which they receive the vehicle and take you to the airport, as well as the return, you don't wait more than 15 minutes, I already have a time using this service and has always maintained the same level of quality.

This was the easiest way for transportation to our gate. It was easy they picked us right up when we arrived and our car was ready for us when we got back . It’s only a few minute drive from the airport. Everyone was so nice.
