Price and proximity to airport

Always polite associates. Love the new app of letting the drivers know we are ready for pick up and where we are.
My dislike is overbooking the lot. I have run across the covered parking being overbooked and this time I saw a very unhappy couple that booked a covered parking and it was full. Because of that the driver had to follow that couple all over the parking lot until they found an uncovered parking spot. Myself and My husband were on the bus for over 30 minutes and the couple that couldn't find a covered parking spot said they would never use Park N Fly again, We also had to circle back around to a vehicle that a gentleman left his cell phone in it.

It was a very easy and pleasant experience dropping and picking the car up. Everyone was very helpful and nice. Leaving my car there felt safe and the price per day was also great! Will definitely will use this place again.

When we arrived and parked, the van was right there to pick us up to take us to the airport. When we arrived back in Atlanta I called for pick up, as we were walking out the door, the van was just pulling up. He got us to our ride, helped us with our luggage and we were on our way. This is 100% better than having to search for your car in the parking lot at the airport!! We had prepaid and had never done the Park and Fly. Pulled a ticket which you aren’t supposed to do but the attendant was very courteous and was able to scan the ticket and our receipt for credit Thank You Park and Fly for a Great 1st time experience!! Will use again!!

Friendly & efficient

Absolutely excellent service. Dropped off the car without issue, quick ride to the airport, extremely courteous shuttle driver helped us with a LOT of bags, which was a HUGE help with a baby.

Upon return, pickup was very easy to request. Again, the shuttle driver helped us with the bags. Valet had the car running, ready with the trunk open upon arrival to the facility and again helped us unload/reload the bags.

Exiting the facility, the machine would not take my ticket. The staff was very helpful in actually getting me out of the facility despite the snafu.

Will be using Park n Fly again for sure!
