I have parked my car at Park 'N Fly for a few times. It worked well most of the times. There are a few suggestions to improve the services:
1. Customers sometimes reserved and pre-paid for a sport, but may stay at the lot for a longer or shorter time. It will be nice if you can adjust the charges accordingly. I paid for 4 days but only stayed in the lot for 3 days. Is there any way to get the money or credit back?
2. The car wash facilities is often out of services, so I haven't got a chance to use it.

I would love to give a "shout out" to our very polite and kind driver we had at 200 AM on Tue. 7/11 at the Mlps location. I wish I caught his name but we did not. He was very nice and polite in the early morning hours after an extremely long day of canceled flights and traveling.

Fast and easy to per-pay for parking and using the QR Code to enter/exit the lot. The shuttle was by my car before I knew it and was right on time picking me up to go back! Perfect. A bit pricey for me for the stay but it was way cheaper than the airport parking.

Excellent service
The attendant at the gate was very friendly and helped with scanning the code on my phone both entering and exiting the parking lot. The shuttle pickup was prompt both going to and coming from the airport. The drivers were also friendly and helped us with our bags. I have used another off-airport parking lot in the past, but Park N' Fly will be where I go in the future.
Registering was quick and easy. Transportation to and from the airport was efficient. We had the pleasure of being driven both ways by Daryl. He was great!
