This was my first time using park n fly. I tried your company because I got an email with discount prior to my flight. I wanted to try another parking company because the last couple times I used the parking spot when returning the other customers just push and shoved to get on the buses. I noticed a number of other shuttles that weren’t as busy so I wanted to try a new company. On my way back I had a great talk with Patrick and he is the reason I will be using your company again. He was friendly, knowledgeable and provided great service. Treat him to some Chick-fil-A!

I have one complaint about your new Self Park vs Valet Park. I paid for Valet Park expecting the same service as before. I did not and DO NOT believe that we should have been driven thru the parking lot to pick up self-park people after boarding the bus. The difference in price should mean that I am on the way to the airport as soon as we board the bus with other Valet paying guests….. Not good business sense…. I certainly hope that it will not happen again.

Very efficient service. I’ve used Park ‘N Fly about 8 times now and every time I’m there they are ready to pick me up the second I pull into my parking space. And then getting me safely to the airport in a timely matter has always happened. Great service that I’ll continue to use and definitely recommend for anyone looking to park and fly.
