Easy drop off. Used to be easy pick up on arrival. Just had to make a phone call. I still haven’t figured this new system out. I call now, get a robot on the other end tells me to follow directions. (What directions). And then it hangs up.
Our driver last evening, his name was Keith, when I spoke with him, waiting for more passengers, he took the time to explain how this system works. Finally!

I’m going to admit I was nervous about leaving my truck parked for a week since my truck was vandalized before. That quickly turned into my vehicle feels safe here. With the shuttle drivers in and out also providing an extra layer of security. The lady at the gate super friendly and the 2 drivers we had very friendly and cautious on their driving.
