I followed your instructions and sent my text "Come get me" when I was completely ready to be picked up. While waiting for your shuttle, ParkSFO had 2 empty shuttles come by and another shuttle company had 2 empty shuttles come by before your shuttle showed up. There were 13 people waiting for your shuttle and there was only room for 2 of us on that shuttle.
I like what you normally do, but I think you were not adequately staffed on Saturday, 8/12/23.

Was picked up with seconds of parking our car. And less then 5 mins from landing.
I love how convenient it is. Every time I park there the moment we arrive we are greeted very nicely no matter the time.
Polite staff, organized, secure parking lot. The last time I used Park 'N Fly, however, they could have used more vans. We had to wait for the 3rd van that finally was able to accommodate us. There were a lot of passengers with a lot of luggage.

Very smooth process. Shuttle was readily available as soon as we parked the car in the lot and took us straight to the airport. And the process to get back to the parking lot after we made our return flight was just as smooth. Bus driver also helped load and unload our bags which was a nice bonus!
