I’d like the convenience if parking my car and you driving us to the airport so we don’t have to be in the congestion by Midway Airport.
The parking was close to Midway airport, and the service was timely. The person at the gate when we arrived was enthusiastic and the driver (Darryl) was very helpful.

Ability to have a reservation and to always have it honored. The staff are always friendly and appropriate and genuine. Would never consider any other long term parking option.
I park with you between 5-7 days a week and have for at least 15 years. Your service is gast and convenient and your staff is beyond compare. From T.C. in the booth when I arrive to Cheryl and Todd who have been my most frequent pickup drivers to Brenda, Brad, Joe, Connie and Allen who I see most in the afternoons to Tina in the booth when I leave and your "jack of all trades manager, Colleen. I look forward to seeing all of them and the conversations we have. I feel like these people are my friends more than just your workers. They treat everyone with respect and care. I'm sure I left out a name or two but, almost every employee I interact with represents Park & Fly like I would want my employees to represent my company.

I liked that the uncovered parking had an exit open. It is much easier for me to exit from uncovered than to exit from the ramp. Staff was very friendly and shuttles were available very fast. Great service!

I like receiving the card with the written info about where I parked.
Upon my return, just showing that card, made it easy for my driver to take me to my car.
I also like the reminder map on the back of the card showing where the shuttle picks me up, on either west or east terminal.

The shuttle driver was very helpful. He loaded and unloaded my suitcase and was prompt in picking me up. He even led me to a parking spot upon entering the lot. My car was safe in the open lot. He was there to help me get out of lot too. My gps in my car didn't get me to the park n fly but google maps did. It was a positive experience.
