Shuttle was right there when we parked. Driver jumped out the bus and helped us with luggage and was very mannerly.

I love the new app. Making a reservation is so easy. It is also really smooth when you return, you receive a text that basically asks what terminal you are at and the van is dispatched. Times see really much shorter than beore.

Shuttles are excellent.

Very friendly and punctual.

I found the actual process of making a reservation very easy. I was met at the entrance and directed to the self-park area where the van picked me up. On return, the van dropped me at my car and I drove home without the traffic that one sometimes meets at other parking services. Park N Fly is just north of the airport and avoids the the congested areas around the airport.
Easy Peasy all the way! Such a great way to reduce the stress of travel.
