I like the service, however, I could t get on my original flight and had no idea where to go to get back on the shuttle to get back to my car. When I went to the original drop off location, I wasn’t able to cross. There was no help and I spent hours going back and forth trying to find the exit. I only received information on what door to go to when it was close to my return date. I think all pick up and drop off instructions should be provided upfront, just in case of an emergency: there was no phone number to call to get direction either.
