The web site makes it easy to make reservations. The shuttle is prompt and drivers are pleasant and helpful.
The shuttle was there right away and off to the airport we went. When we flew back in and called for the shuttle it was there quickly. We had excellent service.
What worked: VIP Covered Service: Car was ready and attendant showed Professional courteous service. Shuttle bus was quick for pickup from terminal and driver was professional.
What didn't work: I prepaid for service, yet I was told to go inside, and that attendant strongly insisted I give him my credit card to put on file or I'd need to so when I get back, this delay caused me to miss first shuttle to terminal, and represented a different process than the one in place (drop car/show prepaid receipt and go to shuttle) before new ownership.

Upon arrival, we are picked up almost immediately and taken quickly to the airport. When we returned home (the most recent date was Sat, March 30, about 10:00 pm), we were picked up by a very friendly and helpful driver. We had trouble using the QR code to pay, and the woman working the checkout was extremely helpful in looking up my account and confirming it had been paid. Thanks to everyone who helps make our travel easier!
