Problem: I did not receive a text message with the QR Code for this stay. I had to use my paper QR Code. Why? Normally I receive a QR Code via text a day or 2 before the stay.

What do you like about our services?

Staff and drivers are always very friendly and helpful. I like the location being so close to Midway Airport, easy to get to and depart from. One concern: I had paid for covered parking and had to park uncovered due to construction on the covered building. I did not get a refund for the difference.

I like the ease of pulling in, scanning, parking and being picked up right away. That's really nice. The drivers are always professional.

What I was confused about is the branding. Are you sticking with PNF or switching to The Parking Spot? I'm confused.
