It is easy. The employees are very pleasant and helpful. Service is prompt and convenient. I feel that my vehicle is secure in the lot. All this is VERY unlike some other lots I have had the unfortunate experience of using. I won't go anywhere else to park my car.

The mobility challenged service you provide in Cleveland is excellent. The people are very helpful and pleaseant. It would be nice if your answering machine would include a option to speak with an agent at Cleveland directly. I had to try a couple of option before I could reach a person. Glenn Atwood
Ease of use
I love the convenience of the location, the courtesy of the drivers, the ability to reserve covered spaces, and knowing that my car is protected at all times. I was able to reserve a second spot for others travelling with me, and they, too, appreciate all that Park-n-Fly offers. The drivers are there to pick me up quickly - sometimes before I've even gotten my bags out of my car! They are quick to help me load them onto the shuttle - and back off at the airport. Having a covered spot was especially important during the current heatwave in Dallas (106 at 7 PM!, when we got back).
I would not park anywhere else for my travels. And I recommend them to anyone I know who is flying out from anywhere. I would rate them higher if I could, and add many stars, as well.
