On the other hand....
1. directions to the pickup area in the Minneapolis airport are a bit vague
2. when I picked up my car (on 9-10-23), there was a man power-washing the floor. Areas were marked off (with orange cones) as closed for this cleaning. However, there was no other visible way to exit the garage, and I ended up driving through the area where he was working/cleaning, in order to exit. I went very slowly, and gave him as much clearance as possible when I passed him, but he still flipped me an obscene gesture. Don't really blame him, but thought that was a bit over the top!

The morning we got there we had to carry our own bags into the shuttle and also take them out at airport. Representative was very rude...but held her hand out for a tip..coming home was an excellent experience...he was fantastic and really helpful...definitely changed my mind about the bad experience....

I love that it's close to the airport and that the bus service is prompt on both departures and returns. I also love the car wash. Being that close to the airport, a lot of gunk gets spewed from the jets above onto your car so having the wash is FANTASTIC!
