When we parked, the van was right there to pick us up. Also, we landed after midnight and received a text to let them know that we had landed but when we got to the spot, a van was right there. The service was great and we will definitely use it again!

Quick and easy. Online reservations are a breeze, QR code made the entrance and exit seamless. This time there happened to be a bud already there, but I’ve never waited more than 15 minutes for a ride.

Please give Jeanette J recognition for her awesome service! She was friendly, helpful and a safe driver. She was my shuttle driver from the airport to my car. Being a woman, she took the time to help me with my heavy luggage. Unlike the male driver I had on my departure day (didn't get his name) who didn't budge or get out of his seat to help me, even though he saw me struggling to lift my luggage onto the bus. I am a petite woman and so very thankful that Jeanette J was so helpful! I didn't have cash on me and wanted to leave her a tip. Is there a way that Park N Fly can come up with a digital tip option on departing from a ride? Kudos to Jeanette J for being a rock star! Excellent work on her part.

The shuttle driver followed us to our parking spot gave us a ticket and we were off.

What I didn't like was the scanner at the front gate to get in was not working correctly. It would not scan my phone or my printed QR code. After 10 minutes someone came over and had us press the button to get a new ticket and told us how to use it with our prepaid QR code when we returned. The driver in front of us had the same issue.

The return from the airport was great too there was a driver sitting there waiting. Which is much nicer than having to wait for a driver to show up.
