Drivers are so freindly and I never have to wait too long
Always timely pickup from the lot and from the airport with great drivers. Sometimes the drivers however, drive too fast. Given most passengers are not wearing seatbelts, I recommend they slow down as arriving 1 min earlier isn't important. Check out staff is always friend and courteous and always asks if I'd like a cold water, which I appreciate. Keep it up!

Very fast in picking me up from the airport. Very easy to get to the airport from your lot.
The valet process is very smooth and efficient. There is always proper signage so there is never confusion on where to drive, park or wait for the shuttle. The driver i had for this trip, Keith, was especially friendly. While I have always had great experiences through Park n Fly, Keith went above and beyond by asking about our trip and giving recommendations for future trips. He definitely made an impression on us!

The app is easy to use, and I never have to wait more than a minute or two and someone is there to pick me up. All the drivers are very nice. Leaving is also easy with the scan code I receive the day before in my email.
