This centre also focuses on my daughter’s school’s curriculum and provides help on topics she’s tackling at school. This has made her time in class so much easier and she has gained so much more confidence in a short period of time.
We live Mathnasium and it’s wonderful teachers. Our son is 9 and it seemed like the right time to make sure his basic math skills were strong. He has thrived with his amazing instructors at the centre and truly loves going. We couldn’t ask for more.

It’s been a good confidence boost in math for our kids
My child’s grades in school saw an immediate jump and stayed a lot higher while attending this math. The only thing bad is it is quite pricey but so are most tutoring places.
My daughter started at a Grade 1 level in September (she's in Gr 4), and now in April, she has almost caught up to a Grade 4 level. Her confidence has increased, and she doesn't fight me to go to tutoring (she used to), and I think this is because she sees the difference herself in her math confidence.
My children always look forward to their session and it’s been very good for their understanding of math concepts and confidence. Staff is wonderful. Highly recommend.
Paul and the whole team are so responsive to requests for any assistance needed even last minute. The math tutoring is very individualized and they go beyond with my daughter in terms of the help they provide. Her marks have improved greatly and she now loves math again thanks to them
My son Tyler began since last September and he was a grade behind but with the help of Chris and his team at Leslie & 16th Avenue location, he caught up to his grade in 6 months by going 2 times a week. I also found out that there is online session and can attend more than 2 times a week. My son loves going becuase it’s not the typical math courses with homework. He only focuses 1hr on each visit to build his foundation and knowledge. His math grade at school also began to pick up too. Mathnasium also welcomes him to bring his math from school if needs help too. This is better than hiring a private tutor. My son hated math subject for many years and Mathnasium made him to give math another chance. Now he’s willing to try workshops and contests from CEMC (by University of Waterloo). If you have a child struggling math then Mathnasium is the right place for him/her to build his/her confidence and knowledge in math.
