We were met by Sonya Smith who was friendly and listened to what we were looking for. Then Sonya asked the appropriate questions to help narrow down our selection. Once Sonya took us to the correct area of the store she excused herself so we could look without feeling pressured. After a few minutes Sonya returned and asked if had any questions or if she could show us anything else. In which we did and she helped us again to find additional selections.
We left and checked with another furniture store but was not treated with same courtesy as Sonya nor did they really listen to us. Afterwards, we contacted Sonya and advised her we would be purchasing the selected pieces of furniture. We met Sonya on the following day and completed the purchase.
If in the future we need any additional furniture or need to replace any we will definitely check Ashley Homestore and ask for Sonya.

Prompt and knowledgeable customer service. I was shown a power adjustable couch that was comfortable and a good value. The leather's color was limited however.
