Jamie Tapia at the Eastern Shore Center store gathered enough info to determine what we were looking for in a dining table and steered us to the exact one we were looking for. She was professional, courteous and knowledgeable about the product.

I liked the fact that I was able to shop with having a salesman stand over me and pressure me. Michelle Hauck is wonderful, have recommended the Malbis, Al store and Michelle to several of my friends!
