We purchased a sofa, love seat and recliner in December. When they were delivered, we realized we did not have enough space in our living room for the recliner. When we went to the store to discuss returning it, we were treated with exceptional courtesy. Although I was concerned that the return would be difficult, Jamie was completely gracious and understanding. And, Elizabeth at the counter made sure that I understood the details about the credit/transaction. A great experience all the way around!
