Our experience was so wonderful, strictly based on the attentiveness and knowledge of the gentleman that helped us! We went in for one item and left with 2 completely unrelated items. His knowledge also convinced us that we need, not 1, but 2 of your mattress sets.
We left the store with only pillows, because we are from another state, and there is no way for him to have the mattresses shipped without added expense.
We feel you need to look into a new policy...We would love to buy these items from him, not the people in our local store. We wish there was a way that he could get the majority of the commission, but somehow work with our local store to get us the items. He did all the work, and a GREAT job of it. He was not pushy, just giving us help.
Bottom line, your company may have missed out on a $6,000 or $7,000, simply because we would like the person who worked so hard to help us, to get the credit he deserves...
