Great sales person
My husband and I have been looking into buying a sectional for some time now our old set which we bought and loved for 15 years from Ashley furniture had become somewhat worn living here in highpoin NC we thought it would be easy to find something solid and substantial at a reasonable price but this proved very difficult UNTIL we went to Ashley furniture we not only found the sectional that was perfect but Joanna Poole the sales consultant that helped us was so wonderful she listened to what we wanted and was so helpful Joanna was even able to get it within our budget and that our perches was left in the hands of a new friend thank you Ashley furniture and thank you Joanna Poole

Joanna was the woman who assisted me. She explains everything in detail gave me good pricing. I was looking for a couch set and also that Ashley mattress. I came back the next day and specifically asked for Joanna. Even though I was unable to get the mattress through the store I was able to purchase some mattress online. I am going back to the store to purchase some furniture with Joanna. I have her business card and as soon as my priorities are down, I hope to be purchasing furniture there I have already qualified with Wells Fargo and I have my credit in line.

I loved the wide variety and selections. The furniture craftsmanship and quality was outstanding at an affordable price. The sales person, Brian was spectacular!!! I was shopping for multiple rooms and once he asked me a few questions, it was as if he could read my mind. He offered ideas and suggestions as well as answered a plethora of questions. He wasn’t pushy like most “salespeople” can be. He allowed me time to wander and shop yet still would find me and check in to see if I needed assistance. I can’t say enough good things about my shopping experience. I would definitely and have already recommended Ashley and Brian to my friends and colleagues.
