Ryan went over and beyond our expectations he was knowledgeable about the products. Unfortunately I was unable to find what my husband and I were looking for at this time. We wanted a leather sofa dark brown where the middle cushion has a pull down console. We still haven't found it and are still looking but if we buy from Ashley we will go to Ryan for the purchase.

She would check in from time and time to ask if we wanted anything priced and then when we did (twice) she did so with the most helpful attitude ever.
