Our sale associate was great. However the other sales associates avoided me when I tried to ask questions. Even going so far as to avoid eye contact and walk away from me. The store has a good selection to choose from and I wanted to be able to see the items in person. Delivery was fast and the delivery men were respectful and fast.

He listened to every word I said and led me to the type of piece I was looking for, then listened to what I liked and disliked about each choice. Because there was a wide variety of choices, I was able to find the recliner that was exactly right for me.
When compared to other stores and online offerings, I felt that I was receiving the best value for my expenditure.
The layout of the store was attractive, with choices for every taste. I will be returning, once settled in my new home.
