Mike was incredible to work with. Comfort is a priority for us and being 6 foot 7 inches makes sofa shopping a challenge. We tried the showroom sofa and thought about it for the afternoon. We were able to call Mike and plan on purchasing the 2 recliners the next day.
There was no pressure for more sales, however we changed our mind and added a loveseat to our purchase after Mike had finished the paperwork and he added our additional purchase with ease.
Looking forward to receiving our recliners (and loveseat) to relax for years to come.

Prompt service, respectful sales associate, timely delivery. Did not deliver one item that was damaged, but let me know asap that it was damaged and was being replaced.

Shopping experience was excellent. Salespeople were available to answer questions and did not hover as I surveyed furniture in store. Sadly the couch I chose did not fit into my apartment upon delivery. My money was fully refunded within a few days. I will definitely be shopping at Ashley again.

She recognized right away I would need physical help getting around her store she immediately produced a wheelchair and was willing to push me but my husband got my chair as it would hold my o2 tank and she was patient and kind while we made our choices very detail oriented..,knowledgeable about the products and just plain kind and an advocate of Ashley Furniture! You have a long time customer in us! We can in for a lift chair… left over 5 k later lol… bedroom furniture is next after this is paid for! Thanks Sandy
