The customer service was excellent. Top notch, knowledgeable. Thai was amazing. Honestly, I'm not convinced we would have purchased had we not met Thai, and I had been researching for weeks for the perfect fit for our needs. We are excited to buy a few more selections from Ashley Furniture soon for other areas of our home.

It was an easy transaction. The only thing is it has been 3 months and I still haven't received my furniture. It was supose to have came in 3 weeks ago and nothing.... there is nothing I can do but wait and pay for it. I guess it will be paid off before I even get it.
