When I walked into the store I was Greeted by an associate named Jennifer. She advised me that she was finishing up with a customer and for me to have a look around and she would be able to assist me shortly. Jennifer’s customer service skills was phenomenal from start to finish she let me know what the expectations are for delivery on in and out of stock items. I didn’t have to guess or figure anything out on my own such as prices, delivery, install and warranties she gave me all the information I needed upfront in order to make a decision.
