Ben the salesman listen to what we were looking for and asked questions they we didn't even think of and showed us our options. We wound up ordering a product we would have passed over if not shown to us because we have pets and were concerned about scratches. After trying it out we ordered two pieces in the same collection.

What did you like about your experience?

Greeted at door by very upbeat, positive, well- dressed and knowledgeable salesperson then left to wander. When ready to interact, called salesperson over and she was very knowledgeable, pleasant, down to earth and focused on me. It wasn’t that stodgy “I’ve got to make this sale” feeling.

Not having decided, I returned two times and each salesperson was pleasant commenting they had remembered me looking before. I was also assured my first contact would be informed I had been in.

When I made the purchase, I still wasn’t sure and canceled the next day. It was no big deal and I left Ashley with the feeling I was welcome back again. I didn’t feel I had inconvenienced anyone.

The guy who helped us with our furniture was very patient and alsways willing to help. Even with our multiple trips to the store, our two year old trying to sit on everything in the store, the bottle feedings we had to do with our new born, he never once seemed annoyed and was always friendly and he tried his best to get us the lowest price he could within our budget.

Jay was very patient and allowed us to shop while staying close by to answer questions. I was very impressed with the sectional options and he helped me try out options until I found the perfect rug and ottoman to go with it. Very pleased with the service and can’t wait to receive my new furniture!

The manager was not as personable as I would have preferred. The sales rep had me fill out all my info on the iPad. But this day and time l guess it is too be expected. All in all l was pretty much satisfied with the transaction, after all it was only a $600. sale.
