I mostly liked the professionalism of Mr. Mike Everhart, and his knowledge about Ashley furniture. He also seems to be very personable with clients which helped me relax, because purchasing furniture can be stressful.

My sales rep Thai Elliot did an excellent job with my recent purchase. She was very kind, pleasant to talk to and has a great personality. She even can in on her day off to help me place my order.

Unlike the poor and disappointed experience with Ben Phillips, who I have YET TO HEAR BACK FROM after leaving him a voice mail message and email. Due to Mr. Philips not responding I have to drive to the Greensboro to complete my purchase with Ms. Searcy.

Two salesmen were super helpful. We were able to take our time and walk around. When ready, the pricing was explained and we were able to make payment easily. No hassles and great customer service. Thanks to Steven and Jamal (I think - he helped with the actual purchase on Wednesday the 7th)
