I had a great experience shopping at Ashley Furniture in Greensboro! I was greeted by Thai Elliott and she was fantastic! She was very helpful and also just a very pleasant person. It was refreshing to have a positive customer service experience! I went down the street to another furniture store as well and there were 5 people walking around the store and not one of them said hello or asked if I needed assistance so I turned around and walked out!
