The store representatives were extremely patient . They helped me with my furniture pieces and understood my desire to find the “right” pieces to put in my new home that is a brand new home . I was there until they closed and they did not rush me or make me feel like I was keeping them too long. Ashley has always shown great customer service and care. Thai Elliot at the Ashley store in Greensboro was awesome! She let us take our time looking around, gave us space to speak privately, didn’t smother us like the other places I had been to, and went above and beyond to get us what we wanted. Even after our purchase she is still going above and beyond to make sure we are happy and keeping us updated with every step until everything is delivered to us! I could not have asked for better customer service. I 100% would go back to Ashley just to purchase from her again and will 100% recommend her to my friends and family!
